My pal Lily runs Smallholding Ireland (amongst many, many other things – including Cloughtoberfest, the only, and the fantabulous, Gypsy Jazz festival in Ireland – in October annually).
Her smallholding’s situated in Cloughjordan, Co Tipp, and is pretty central to just about everywhere. This gives me the cracking excuse to stop off and visit her as I gallivant around the country – these days mostly for Talking TNR information sessions and workshops.
Since she has numerous farm animals, and one (currently, 23/4/15) small, handreared pot bellied pig, lots of photos are inevitable.
Back at Smallholding Ireland. Lily's is a fab stop off point when I'm travelling and Talking TNR.
Small scale farming in Cloughjordan - the spring is sprung!
Lil pot-bellied darlin came to visit this festive season.
