Jim’s Coffee House, Glengarriff

Okay, I freely admit this has nothing to do with animal welfare. Except that I stopped by Jim’s Coffee House in Glengarriff after a very enjoyable home check just up the road. I’ve passed Jim’s frequently, and even dropped in once. But this is the first time I’ve had the time and inclination to stop for lunch – and a belated lunch at that.

What a FAB place! The view is excellent – the back patio will be fab in good weather – and the inside is fab regardless. A huge selection of food was available – and a fair selection for vegetarians, like myself. A variety of seating to suit your fancy – with a gorgeous three piece job I headed straight for in the front. And the staff are lovely. What more could you ask for?

My meal was enormous AND delicious. And I took the leavings home for dinner that night … and there was enough left to contribute to lunch the next day!

Here’s the photographic proof of a splendid place, highly recommended.
