I LOVE hearing how our fosterees get on – and I got a few tales back recently. Thought ye’d like to hear em too.
Another wee fosteree, still happy in her new home five years after adoption. Big thanks to Shane for sharing As always, I LOVE hearing how my charges get on – and especially love to see them still thriving years later. * happy sigh *
Charlie is my Darling
I got a wonderful surprise earlier in the week. I heard from the home of one of my teeny wee fosterees from 2011!!!
Twister and his sister, Bagatelle, were too ill to return when I got them and their mum for TNR. They came to me, went from strength to strength, and headed off bravely to New Start Cat Rescue Charity in the UK to find their forever homes.
Twister, now called Charlie, landed on his paws for sure – he’s got a lovely indoor home, and they’ve sent me lots of pics of him now he’s … seven years old!!
He’s sooo handsome! Of course I looked back over the photos when he was with me – so Tiny. And I’d a wee tear in my eye, as well as a huge smile on my face, when I looked through his new photos – a much loved, very handsome puss.
It’s fabulous hearing back about my fosteress – knowing they’re doing well and seeing how they’ve grown. I can’t thank his new people enough – MMD!!!
